WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
No need to bring anything apart from your workout gear, yoga towel and a refillable water bottle. We will provide you with a pilates mat
No yoga towel? we got you!
Use one of ours for only 1 €/class.

HOW TO BOOK MY PILATES CLASS
First, go to 'prices' and book your favorite plan. When booked go to 'schedule' and click on the date to see the availability of our Pilates classes.
Go to your profile - my orders - to see an overview of your bookings.

I AM PREGNANT
First of all, congrats! After the 20-week mark of pregnancy, specific modifications need to be addressed while participating in group classes - just inform us about your pregnancy and enjoy our classes.
We ask to aways consult with your healthcare provider before joining our classes

INJURIES
It will depend on your injury and your road to recovery, group classes involve a full body workout, so in some instances, this can be challenging for the injured client and the trainer.
Private sessions are strongly advised to start.

POSTNATAL - AFTER PREGNANCY
Please wait until you have received the all clear from your 6-week check-up and notify the trainer when attending your first class postnatal.
Please arrive 5 mins early for your first postnatal class

HOW MANY CLIENTS DURING CLASS
A total of 7 clients in the Pilates classes
Waitlist? Simply send us a WhatsaApp with 'Waitlist - your name - Date and time of class' and you'll receive a notification when a spot is open

CANCELLATION POLICY
Private-session cancellations can be made up to 24 hours in advance. Group Class cancellations, 12 hours in advance.
If you cancel a private session and/or a group class made within the 24-hour and 12-hour cancellation windows, you will lose the session and/or class
